rdb Services, inc. will help you meet the requirements of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations for Nitrogen Oxide (NOX) reduction from boilers and other combustion sources.
Contact rdb Services, inc. for details and a free compliance consultation. TCEQ requires boilers to be operated to produce minimum NOX emissions. Boilers may be required to have Totalizing Fuel Flow Meters (accurate to ±5%), O2, CO or Fuel Trim or Monitor NOX, CO and O2 Emissions.
Emissions Testing by rdb Services, inc. can help your boiler operate with minimum NOX emissions by determining boiler performance and combustion efficiency. rdb Services, inc. tune-up associates will service your boiler controls and burner to achieve the maximum performance and efficiency that your boiler is capable of producing.
rdb Services, inc. engineering associates will provide boiler retrofit equipment to improve boiler performance and efficiency, and meet TCEQ NOX emission limits and operating requirements.
TCEQ limits NOX emissions to as little as 0.020 lbs/mmbtu (17 ppmv @ 3% O2)* and CO emissions to 400 ppmv @ 3% O2 for existing sources and as low as 8 ppmv NOX @ 3% O2 for new sources. (* pounds per million btu heat input or parts per million by volume corrected to 3% O2 content)
rdb Services, inc. will provide combustion testing for engineering development programs, preliminary in-house purposes and TCEQ compliance requirements.
